This Marco Island boat dock accommodates a 44 ft. in length and 22 ft. wide boat, wider than most docks available on Marco Island. Quick unobstructed out to the Gulf of Mexico where you can explore many anchorages and marinas along the West Coast of Florida, including places like the Dry Tortugas, the Keys, Venice, Sarasota and more. There are shops and restaurants close by the marina, easy to walk to or take your dinghy to the local grocery store and resupply. The marina amenities include pump out service, showers, and laundry. Water is billed at $240 per year and electric is metered. Pets are allowed but must be on a leash. This marina is not a liveaboard, it allows up to 10 overnights in a 30-day period, not to exceed 5 nights per stay.
